We require 24 hours notice to cancel any styling and colouring appointment or 50% of the charge will be made.
** Permanent Hair Straightening, Digital Perming and any hair services which may take more than 3 hours of your stylists time, will require £100.00 security deposit. If you need to change or cancel your secured appointment, please let us know 72 hours prior your booking. If you cancel your appointment it will be subject to £10 administration fee. Deposit is non-refundable, if you make any changes to your hair appointment within 72 hrs. All Deposit will be used as part payment towards your service.
Please note that a credit card confirmation may be required at the time of your booking.
New Colour clients! A sensitivity test is required 48 hours prior to your colour appointment.
